Smoothie King - Tomball

Please do not go to this restaurant. I ordered a peanut butter protein shake with chocolate, which was the only thing I ate different from my mother. I ended up with food poisoning and was up all night suffering. It turns out that Smoothie King has received numerous reports of people getting sick after consuming their shakes containing ingredients like peanut butter, banana, and kale. One woman had symptoms for four days! I was lucky to only have it for one day, but it was still a terrible experience and I am still recovering a few days later.

I arrived at 9:40 and the woman at the drive-thru told me they were closed, with a nonchalant attitude that seemed to suggest they were closing at 10. I was disappointed.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The smoothies are consistently terrible and taste like water. It's frustrating that I have to hope and pray every time I order one, only to be disappointed when it's still chunky. Do the workers even taste the food before serving it? Please shut down this place for good.

This place is the worst. Waited in line 50 minutes for one smoothie. There were only three cars ahead of me. Horrible service!!!
