Horrible service, rude employees, 35 minute wait… WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE WHEN ARRIVED!

I just had a bad experience with them went there the other day and wanted to order their grilled shrimp that are just really awesome but I didn't want 15 of them and I asked to drive through to get a smaller order they said it wasn't available when online made a complaint manager Brian something called me today and said I can come out there and get a free meal went out there went to the drive-thru they told me to pull the side so I pull aside I I sat there and seen at least a dozen people get th … – show

Employees are generally nice, but I'm super picky about wanting my food extremely fresh, and LJS can be a bit hit or miss for that. Never really cold or stale, just not as hot as I prefer.

It was the first time in a long time that Long John silver's had great customer service excellent food it was hot it was good and the food was fresh back to living Long John silver's again
