The service and food were satisfactory, typical of a McDonald's. However, the store appeared to be unkempt. The biggest issue, as noted in previous reviews, is the presence of drunk and homeless individuals, even during daytime hours. This made us feel uncomfortable, which is unfortunate.

Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing you notice is homeless people hanging around outside. Inside, there are people who appear to be intoxicated on lager, as well as others using the plug sockets to charge their mobile phones. The presence of Deliveroo drivers is also noticeable, as they come in and place their bags on the tables, which can be disruptive to paying customers. It seems that the restaurant prioritizes Deliveroo over its own customers. The management of this restaurant definitely has some work to do to improve the overall experience for patrons.

Avoid at all costs no service or management. No food, then you’ll pay again call to complain get laughed at. Ask for your food to actually be delivered..then think again, we will be taking this horrible experience further.

The last couple of orders have been shy to say the least. Delivery order has been wrong or part missing. Really fed up with it now. Shame as my family and I enjoy a McDonald's treat. Not doing it any more as I've lost trust.
