Hof's Hut - Torrance

I took my Mom out to lunch yesterday and we were quickly seated on the patio. Our waitress was excellent and we ordered the tortilla soup with our meal, which was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed a lovely lunch.

I have been dining at this restaurant since I was a child. Although it is not the same location as before, we appreciate this one since all the Orange County locations are now closed. This restaurant has the best homemade style food in town. It is unfortunate that Lucielles took over Hofs Hut, as I believe they are not as good. I will definitely be returning soon!

Food is very good. Large portions. Yesterday I ordered a seafood platter and my husband had a NY steak. The pumpkin bread, cornbread, and carrot cake were delicious. I took at least half of my dinner home to eat for lunch the next day.

I enjoyed the spinach frittata with sour dough toast. I was pleasantly surprised with the opportunity to donate for Autism Awareness month. My autistic son even tried and ate my sour dough toast.

Solid food for all meals, Nice staff and ample seating, have gone many times and will again. Highly recommended!
