Sake House Asian Food - Torrington

Lovely Asian restaurant in Torrington! The Love Boat sushi platter was fabulous. We also had a mapo tofu (nicely spiced) and teriyaki chicken (cooked perfectly). Everything was delicate and wonderful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and delicious food.

Was awful. The waitress was a sweetheart and was amazing however the kitchen sucked. We waited an hour for half of our apps to come out, then after 1 hour and 30 minutes we still didn’t even get our main meals or apps that were still missing. We decided to pay the check and leave. They were more concerned about their DoorDash orders then the 3 tables or customers sitting in the restaurant. The waitress was great kitchen was awful. Hopefully she doesn’t get blamed for us leaving.

I got take out from them for a late dinner.The food was excellent!I couldn't have asked for better. Update: It's been a while since I've picked up food here. The food is still well prepared and tastes excellent. I ordered a steak and shrimp Hibachi meal, and it was excellent.The two appetizers were great, as well.I'd highly recommend this restaurant for a family night out.

Menu had a nice selection and offered vegetarian options

This place has gone downhill. Have gone multiple times within a couple of months and it was very subpar every time. The quality of fish is low, but I haven’t gotten sick from it so that’s good I guess? It was great when it opened but now it’s no where near worth what they’re charging. Don’t waste your money.
