Great restaurant. Quality cuisine with quality products and super friendly service and remember to book it would be a shame to miss a table.

Warm and quick welcome, a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious (honorable mention for the salmon tartare). Additionally, the servers were pleasant and attentive.

Very good time, and great discovery of “real” cassoulet. Waitress at the top. Little touches for customers. To do again if possible, during our next visit to Toulouse.
