Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe quality of the food at this place is abysmal. I sent my “medium burger back because it was a piece of black charcoal that I did not take a picture of. This is the picture of the “redo” burger and fries. I’ve never worked a grill or cooked French fries but I’m pretty sure my first burger and these fries have been cooking since this morning. Absolutely the most disgusting meal I have ever been served… twice. McDonalds is better. I should’ve known by the way the menus are disgusting they are sticky. They are torn they are stained. They look like they’ve been in use for months without being replaced despite the fact that they are filthy. Wolfgang Puck must have really needed some to sell out to this. I watched 2 waitresses, the guy on the grill AND the manager all look at my black rock hard burger and the manager didn’t even deliver the nasty redo nor come see me. No one there cares a bit about what they are serving. Yuk.
The stuff sounded really rude…. I ordered an espresso coffee with 2 milk shots.. the coffee was not hot at all. When I asked for a hot one the Saturday said it is hot it is coming from tmachine.. I left the coffee on the table. I ordered an Avocado egg toast… she brought a plain bread, sliced avocado on it, no cheese.. I had to ask her I had ordered avocado toast the bread is just plain why is it not toasted, she said you do not say that.. do you want fry toast.. I had a very bad experience at this restaurant and I would not recommend anyone to go here.
Like some of the previous reviewers mentioned, the Ethiopian lady was bad. Got my order wrong, didn’t give napkins/fork. She’s either inexperienced or overwhelmed. The burger was ok, I asked for medium and received a well done burger, the fried were over cooked or old. I didn’t have the time to resend everything back. If you want a burger, go down the escalator A1 to smash burger. It’s a 3-5 min walk, better food and better service. If you’re in a rush don’t dine here, it takes a while to get seated and even longer to get the check after asking several times.
We’ll that was terrible, dirty and overpriced… not gonna make that mistake again. The fried rice was obviously pre-made frozen rice, and I paid $6 extra for chicken only to receive four slim slices of chicken (probably about a 1/4 of a chicken breast). $21 and I’ll be hungry again mid-flight, lovely.
In situations when the host is the only person serving 20’peiple, it is important for her to be a little hospitable or they need to close their doors due to being short staff. Service was done with a frown—not a pleasant experience. I will give her a little credit on trying to serve everyone but —the customer did not place her in that situation the manager did. Someone from headquarters need to do nam hire on site for this location.
