De Chellis Italian Cafe

Ordered for delivery waited 2 hours and got a message that they cancelled our order due to missing items terrible customer service/communication

The Fish Dinner here is really good one of the Best I've ever had tried the Beer battered Haddock and the Next time I went the Parmesan crusted it's a toss up both were amazing. Next time I went I got the stuffed Italian meatloaf stuffed with Italian greens and ricotta cheese it was delicious the only thing about here is you wait awhile for your meal because they are understaffed but it's worth the wait in my opinion really good food.

Today we decided to get take out fish dinners from this restaurant. Paid at the window with a debit card. At 7:48 pm (approximately three hours later) I received my first missed phone call followed by another missed call. 3 missed calls in total from this establishment and one blocked call in an hour and half window leaving a message stating that my payment did not go through due to error on their end with a locked screen. I then called back to pay this bill by phone after receiving this voicemail. After this was done I then noticed another voicemail from this establishment from the owner Lou stating that if I did not pay this bill the police would get involved. I call back a second time to clarify that this was THEIR ERROR and that it is a bit extreme to call a customer who already tried paying a bill the first time then to be harassed in an hour and a half time period only to be told that they were going to involve the police over a 33 dollar bill with a 20% tip and this was their fault. This is obnoxious and rude. Not a good way to keep customers. I will never go back to this establishment. Although it was your error you have been paid the 33 dollars and 20% tip, enjoy it because it will be your last from us.

I will never return to this place. My food looked like someone threw up all over my food. It was supposed to be creamed chicken over a biscuits. The creamed was so curdled and had all kinds of veggies with tomatoes in it. It was all microwaved food??. I wish I took a picture of it.

I'm surprised this place is still open, their service is worse than Matt Canada's offensive play calling for the Steelers.
