Wonderful dinner at Paolo’s! Authentic and delicious and truly an experience between the decor, the atmosphere and the character of Paolo. As for the menu, don't look much, it's a unique dish and absolutely delicious local wine! A gem of an address that allows us an authentic journey through time. In complete contrast to the other places in the port. Bar-restaurant which stands out with a real identity, no half measures here: The owner with the real air of a sea dog, with skin weathered by the sun and sea spray, challenges the rest of the world with his operas and his table on the terrace, facing the port. We thus savored our “chalice of vino bianco” while completely and deliciously forgetting the world around us before letting ourselves be caught up again by “worldliness”.
