Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónPregnant women!! Please read this. When we arrived to the restaurant we asked the person who claimed to be the owner of the place (a person about 1,70 cm tall with glasses) about the approximate waiting time to be seated, he answered shallowly “I don’t know it might take 5 mins and it might take 30mins”. I am not sure if he is aware of how to manage a restaurant properly and communicate clear expectations to customers. He asked us to sit on the bar and stated that the first available table will be yours. After seeing 2 to 3 tables freeing up and him not showing up to inform us to move. We went to sit at the first table that became available. After sitting, a waiter came to the table and asked us if you were escorted to the table by “the manager/owner”. Of course we said no. Then he said you cannot sit until someone asks you to. Then this manager/owner told us again that we have to wait. Minding you that I am pregnant and their high chairs are super uncomfortable. I told this person that you need to work on your management/ communication skills as the part of him coming to inform us that the table is ready was not even mentioned. 1 minute after us going back to the bar, he came to us and kicked us out of the restaurant by saying “ Given my management skills need to be improved, then it is not the right place for you to be served, get out” because he could not bare the fact that he received a constructive feedback from a customer (who is supposed to be always right no matter what happens). He treats customers with ego which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of him. Especially that he kicked a pregnant woman out of the place instead of apologizing for not being clear. He was super laid back and his reaction was childish. When he kicked us out, I asked him that I would like to speak to his manager then he claimed he is the manager and then I asked him to speak to the owner and then again he said he’s the owner. He seriously was super afraid that I report him to his supervisor that he started lying about his identity. At this stage I don’t even care about whether the food is good or not. It is an attitude problem with this place and a matter of respect to the customers. The last thing I want as a customer is to be greeted by disrespectful and rude staff.
Awsome italien dishes. Just a word for consideration. Pizzas can be a bit bigger 50cm diameter may be for a single person. We were 6 people and couldnt finish 4 pizzas. Wonderful ambience, nice staff.
Despite the food is ok, not good, we were waiting for more then 1 hour for them to prepare our food (pizza and pasta). Nobody check on us, communication 0 from the staff.Terrible experience, never again. Recommend to avoid
My Pizza was oily. We asked the waitress to bring us a ashtray at the table and after waiting 15 min in which Noone looked at us I got up and got it myself. My husband's pizza was very good.
Gigantic pizza's, good to share, is no problem. Great taste. Waitres was great. They don't serve tap water even if you order a bottle of wine. That is crazy. Any other restaurant does if you order a drink. This was dissapointing.
