The absolutely unexpected thoughtfulness of the young lady who, in the afternoon, served me a surprise cream brioche with a friendly smile, not requested, together with coffee and freshly squeezed juice that I had ordered. Gestures of exquisite courtesy that are good for the heart, and which denote a grace that is now rare. And what about the heart-shaped biscuit usually served with coffee...
