Biancospino - TRIESTE

Don’t overlook this excellent restaurant just because it has no terrace to lure you in. Every course we tried was very good. We decided to share a delicious charcuterie board, home made pastas and an amazing Italian steak. The staff is friendly and passionate about their menu offerings.

Everything about our visit was excellent. The staff was friendly, food was extraordinarily good (even for Italy) and the ambiance was perfect. We had starters to share (carpaccio and burrata) my favorite part of the meal. Most had chicken for the main course and one had gnocchi all very good. And even though there was absolutely no room left we enjoyed the limoncello dessert and the New York cheesecake. All in all a fabulous meal at a very reasonable price. Should we have wished for anything else it would be an extra waiter as the restaurant was busy.

It was a gastronomic experience! Must try... The staff was nice and professional. Nice and quiet place. A large selection of quality wines and especially gin. If we visit Trieste again, we will definitely come back. Great value for money.

Interesting menu with well presented dishes and fresh and delicious ingredients. I found delicious beef joke with the wardrobe table and the tomahawk deer. the environment then is intimate and elegant. I recommend it and I will definitely return
