Pizza Hut - Troutman

I never write bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary. This pizza hut location is doing the brand a terrible disservice. Terrible customer service. No pizzas were ready for sale, although the store says it offers this. I asked the girl working if she had something coming up and she was incredibly rude and said she had nothing coming up. They weren't even busy. I'm posting this with hopes that someone in a position of leadership reads it and comes and puts the hammer down on this crew. Pizza Hut represents great customer service and awesome pizza. This Pizza Hit? None of the above. I hope it gets fixed.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I can’t stand this place I call in nobody ever answers but others call and they answer I ask for a large pizza, I get a small pizza. I don’t leave tips for this kind of service and the owner is loosing a lot of money.

Have yet to have anybody answer the phone. 1 year in calling every so often trying to get wings . I have not spent money there. Owner is losing money and doesn’t even know it. The phone is the bread maker. But be kids not wanted to fill ordered

Says they close at 9:00 it is 6:38 and they are closed

Fast service and really clean. Located just off the thruway.
