Little mexico was one of the best places to eat in the toskana, if not the best. the food was great and the service was always there when they needed it
Really interesting interieur, which first appalled me because the host was behind gratings, but then I turned the corner and it felt like a western tavern. our server, brenda, has great haare. her service was just as great. she was patient with us and didn't let us feel hastily. no mention of the food, because it is so good, it does not need to mention! big chefs: this is an authentic Tucson experience that extra-state visitors enjoy from their way.
Came with my family to celebrate my birthday. there were two adult, two small children and a baby. we had a decent service, it was long wait for us to get our meals, but that's okay. it's been to be expected since we came to dinner on Friday night. if you are parents and they go to dinner with children's cans they most likely did not eat their food because they took part in their children. that was our situation that it pushed the bedtime so we decided that it was time for us to go we asked for two boxes and our review. I tapped the server because it was a great server and recommended us our teller. but if I paid, I forgot my eating on the counter went out and two minutes later, when I returned to the cashier/host and I said my eating was broken. she said she was looking for me, what I think it's a lie, because I literally turned around me when I got out of the building. I believe what has made the situation worse was that it has not apologized for the mistake. when I told her you had to give the people a chance that they snore and said: really? with a attitude. I asked for a manager and carlos was far more rude. if he is the standard of their customer service, his employees have no. would the host? ve reacted and was apologetic and I said?m so sorry that I see my manager what he can do. ? that would I? ve was good and was like oh it? okay, since I think we're all making mistakes and going on with my evening. However, it is the attitude and lack of customer service, which makes this a terrible experience. remember the manager carlos that they put the standard of customer service in this environment and their customer service should be cooking because their eating is not so good. I'm still drunk as you talked to me. I don't want you to give me my meal or cook me another. a simple excuse would have made the whole situation better.
Fabulous food, huge portions, and great and fast service. I came with a large group and we were well taken care of even though the restaurant was at capacity. Definitely will be back the next time I visit Tucson.
