Mcdonald's - Tucson

This place is absolutely disgusting! I watch the workers who wear the food gloves, but touch their faces, touch their masks their clothes, etc. then touch the food! I asked for a refund and the guy gave me such a hard time and a few crackhead also chimes in lol called me karen hahahahahaha as she could offend me? I will never eat again at other mcstaphnolds

Worst location end up getting nothing first off guy at the window rude was taking my order would pause and talk in background ti someone would have to repeat everything than we order lunch and than said we dont have lunch only breakfast lunch starts at 10:30 it was 10:33 and i said well than why is your lunch menu on than ask for what can i get than we said we have this this and so on than went to pay and i gave him a code he said he could not take code iam like sorry did not know they always take it i will get off and order again by this point i was mad i just said just cancel my order

Easy the worst location and worst service imaginable. After not getting my order right and telling me to go back around in line I said I'd rather just leave, and I was cussed out in Spanish while I was driving away. Horrible manners and blatant disrespect from a worker that should go somewhere else if the job is too much for her to handle. Never coming back to this joke of a location and crew.

They were awesome. It's very difficult to find a restroom in Tucson when your an outsider visiting. The staff was immensely helpful to punch in the code for the restroom without giving me any difficulty. It is sad this corporation mandates their employees to wear masks.

2nd time I've been at this McDonald's and the service is very poor! I told them my large fries were very salty, I was not offered a refund another order of large fries with no salt. The fries ended in the trash. We're never going back..until the mgr gets a new crew that know how to smile and get the orders correct.
