Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered some of the battered fish back on January 6th. When I got home with it and tasted it, it made me gag and I had to spit it out. It smelled rotten and had brown spots in it. So I called and they offered to remake it if I had the receipt.Since it’s been icy, I haven’t had the chance to go back until on January 23. I explained what I was told over the phone to basically being told that wasn’t true by the GM. And she was very unprofessional, arguing with me and even raised her voice at my boyfriend, refused a refund, said that no one would’ve told us that it would be remade (practically called us liars), and argued that the fish wasn’t rotten. That it’s a new fish they’re using and that’s just the way it tastes now. (I tried looking up any factual information on this and can’t find any.)After she finally remade it and I got home with it, it was the same quality as last time. Rotten tasting/smelling with brown spots.I don’t think it’s ‘new’ fish. I think it’s bad fish being sold as ‘new’.Feeling very disrespected and don’t plan to be back.Do with that what you will.

The food just wasn't good the corn was sour the tea aasnt good we love captain ds just not this
The severs were great and very accommodating. The food, as always, was great.
