Mcdonald's - Turnersville

So McDonald's have been running the commercial for their new Fresh Beef Quarter Pounders like crazy lately that it actually made us want to try them bc they look so good. I got an email for buy 1 get 1 Free so hubby stopped at the drive thru. He also ordered (fries) to go along with the burgers. While the patty isn't as big as it looks like on tv, I will say it was pretty good. I could definitely tell the difference between their old Quarter Pounders, even though I rarely eat from McDonald's. The Fries were inedible for me bc it was like eating Pure Salt. I am not a salt person at all, but these truly were too salty for anyone plus they were like shoe string. So, 3 Stars for their New Fresh Beef Burger.

WORST MCDONALDS IN THE NATION. Do not go here! the workers are absolutely terrible and the food is disgusting. There was hair on my burger and the sprite was a water seltzer. Terrible by the corporation to be represented like this.

I literally wish i could give this place zero stars. i 've rarely been to this mcdonald 's in the past but since it 's the closest mcdonald 's to my house, my family and i decided to walk there tonight because we each had a free mcflurry coupon. when we arrived i walked inside alone and asked for three disposable mask because my family had forgotten theirs and only I had a mask. i was ignored for 5 minutes even though they all acknowledged and then finally when someone came to the counter, she didn 't say anything to me. i asked for three masks and she walked away without saying anything. i waited again and someone new came over and with an attitude, asked what i needed. i explained my family didnt have masks and she laughed in my face and said they don 't give out masks. it only got worse from there. my family and i took turns ordering the mcflurrys with the masks while they blatantly talked about us in front of our faces. they pointed at us and ignored us at times. they even talked about people who had been in the drive through and made fun of them. the mcflurrys were made halfheartedly, barely any brownies and no caramel. besides that, they all had airpods in and one girl even pulled out a laptop while we were there. when my younger sister went inside they ignored her for so long even though there was no one else in the store and no one in the drive through. and it 's not even like we arrived before closing. it was an hour and half before they even closed. when the four of us finally got our mcflurrys, my mom walked back in and said thanks for doing your job. when we were half way off the property, the three employees came out yelling you guys don 't even have jobs that 's why you 're walking to mcdonald 's the funny thing is, it was my mom, me (i 'm 19) and my two younger siblings. we all have jobs and cars... it was laughable to be honest because we were never rude to them even when they gave attitude or ignored us. my mom was pissed off for obvious reasons so her comment wasn 't uncalled for. i 'd advise skipping this mcdonald 's if you don 't wanna be made fun of or pointed at by strangers. definitely worst service ever.

Apart from the fact that I was on the road for a long time, my order was freshly cooked perfectly! also the employees need a little nice purer machine or I ordered an orange juice and had something on the bottom of my cup

My dad had to clean the tables before we ate! Both of the mangers were very unfriendly! the food was very bad wrong orders and even a raw burger unreal!! both of the mangers also had an attitude. we asked where our food was and one of them yelled are you yelling at him. then they threw the bags onto the counter! don’t go here it’s horrible.
