Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a pizza with no contact delivery yesterday. I had to literally get out the shower when the driver arrived because he was knocking on my door. I asked him to leave the pizza there (NO CONTACT). Then I wake up today, check my bank statement as Ido every morning, and see that he gave himself a $5 tip!
Help me understand why you would deliver something like this? The other pizza is burnt as well. This is horrible customer service.

However, the service was quite disappointing, earning only a 1. The atmosphere, although not applicable for delivery, also deserves a 1. While the meal was delicious, the overall experience was let down by the poor service.
I had a disappointing experience when picking up my online order. There was no greeting, and I waited for five minutes. One employee mentioned that someone would be there shortly, while another was eating in the back. Meanwhile, I could see my order sitting on the shelf. Eventually, I went and retrieved it myself. The food is good, but the customer service needs significant improvement. Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
