Bill Miller Bbq - Universal City

I love the hospitality that Bill Miller's employees exhibit! From taking my phone order, face-to-face, or through the drive thru, I have always experienced nothing but the Best! I sure wish the loaded baked potato would return!

I placed an order today and the service was outstanding! The food was quite good as well. A sweet young lady named Katherine was very helpful and friendly, which isn’t something you always find in fast food. Bill Miller should have more young people like her; she worked really hard and I’ve noticed that she’s always there when we visit, really on top of her game!

The food was great. I was there just long enough to enjoy my meal. The place was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

I really appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff at Bill Miller's! Whether it's through phone instructions, in-person interactions, or at the drive-thru, I've consistently had excellent experiences. I do wish they would bring back the loaded baked potato!

I take great pride in the BBQ restaurants in my hometown. You have the option to dine in, get takeout, or use the drive-thru. Just a little note: the drive-thru, takeout area, and dining room can get quite crowded, but that's a testament to how incredible the food is—it's absolutely worth the wait!
