Taco Bell - Universal City

Food was good. However the guy bringing out the order would spend 10 min complaining to the cars in front of us about being open the day before Easter and about his job in general.Dude was just bringing out food not like he was breaking his back. He kept starring us down, withheld our bag of food so he could just give us an ugly face and stare. For a min we thought he was on drugs.

Chicken was old and stale, not fresh at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. A waste of my money...

Only Taco Bell that doesn't use mobile or online ordering in 2024.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

The food was freshly made but the dining room could use a clean up. Our table was dirty, I had to clean the table before sitting down to eat.The locations parking lot was taken up by a neighbor business having a special event. We had to park at a different street and walked in to have my meal.

Never again, they've had to many chances, done with that place, I recommend nothing but their sweet tea, they fixed their machine
