Today I decided to drop in and grab a bite to eat to go. I purchased the ?Salmon Pesto Penne? and two ?Nothing Bundt Cakes?. As soon as I got home I began to eat. While eating I discovered a SCREW IN MY FOOD!!! I FOUND A SCREW IN MY PASTA!!! Never have I ever found a screw in my food before. I could have choked on this screw. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I can no longer support this establishment. Please do not eat at this restaurant for your own safety.
Incredibly good food. I had the sampler platter, which I strongly recommend. Best ribs I?ve ever had. Catfish fingers were juicy and cooked to perfection. The potato skins are loaded like a baked potato and the wings were crispy and juicy. Very nice staff and great patio seating. Wish I lived here.
My friends and I stumbled on this restaurant after playing some paintball nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely exquisite. The corn bread was perfect, the butter was delectable, my fried seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the cocktails were both reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Everything was made fresh in house as well, so we had to wait a little long for our meals, but it was more than worth the wait for the quality. I genuinely want to come back here sometime and try the desserts we all left too full on the ample main dishes to have room for dessert our first time here.
I've lived in Upper Marlboro for two years and always passed by this place but never was the right time to stop in. We finally stopped in (family of 4 with two young kids) on a Friday night around 7:30pm and were seated right away by friendly servers. We ordered two drinks, the ribs, salmon and tortellini. The drinks came really quickly. There was a short wait for the food but nothing out of the ordinary for a Friday night at any establishment. I had no expectations for the food but was honestly blown away...the ribs and coleslaw had to be some of the best I've ever had. The tortellini and shrimp was really, really tasty and the salmon was so flavorful as well. The ambience was very cosy and chill...a nice neighborhood place. I'm very excited to go back here and try the other stuff and would highly recommend based on my first experience.
The service and the food were excellent. We placed a take-out order. It was our first time there. We were happy when we got home, and the order was correct with nothing missing. The food tasted superb. We will be back. I forgot to get some cornbread, but I will get some on my return trip. This one is a thumbs up ???? I am very pleased!
