Rosa Dei Venti - VADO LIGURE

Driving along the coast of Italy you can’t get away without having to taste good local cuisine. We saw in a small town a local pizzeria. Rosa dei venti. Charming small place. With a stone oven. The welcome was warm. The owner doesn’t speak English a bit and a German yes. We ordered half a liter of wine and two pizzas. We where blown away what a great taste. The desert which the waiter advised was incredible home made amazing. Amaretto based. The bill was fairly low for two people. A pearl at the coast.

Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze da asporto. Ottima pizza anche se l'abbiamo mangiata dopo un'ora era buona, con i bordi morbidi e molto leggera. Consigliato.
