Came in on a Wednesday night about 6:00 p.m. The restaurant was completely empty besides my sister and I who decided to have dinner here. We ordered two cakes slices for dessert to come out before our meal and they were frozen solid. Extremely hard to eat, pretty much bent the fork with me tried to stab into it. The service was good and the lady working was nice. I got my food to only find out that there was hair in it which I almost vomited. I got the jerk chicken and when it came out I was unpleasantly surprised that they were chicken wings on the small side. Shocked the food went downhill to that degree smdh oxtails were watery, salty and hard to get off the bone. beef stew was so foul tasting the whole meal was left barley touched. waay too much sugar in the red beans smh that def was the last time i will ever recommend this place. service was ok but restaurant was pretty empty. The food at this restaurant was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. I loved the jerk shrimp so much that I ended up ordering three more plates to go! The timing of the service and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant were great. This is one of the best Caribbean restaurants I have ever tried. You should definitely give it a chance!

I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Yesterday, I ordered delivery and the presentation of the food was terrible, it looked like it was thrown together carelessly. There was spit on the food, parts of my order were missing, and I was charged for items I didn't receive. I paid almost $80 for one dish and two drinks, but I didn't even get the full order. It was a complete waste of money. I rate the service 2 out of 5, the atmosphere 1 out of 5, and the food 1 out of 5.
