Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónGreat place , clean restaurant , great people. Even when they have days where their fellow workers unexpectedly leave, they pull through and give good service. I've never gotten sick here and the food has always been good. This place is usually cleaner than other fast food establishments.
Updating my review because I just had a great experience thanks to one of the employees, Dylan, who was not only very friendly and not only provided us with 4 (actually good) jokes, but also encouraged us to try samples one of which I liked so much I will definitely return to get it as a meal. I wish some of the limited time offers at Qdoba lasted a little longer (at least a week or two), and I wish there were more vegetarian options, but those are corporate issues and so far as this specific spot, I have nothing but positive things to say. Great experience.
On 4-17-23 went to get lunch at velpo location the worst food lettuce was brown no bins were filled looked old from night before no guacamole when I asked to speak to manager I was so displeased with product wanted a refund I would bring all uneaten food back she hung up the phone on me restaurant was very dirty as well stay away rude mangerment poor quality bad bad bad dirty store ?! What a waste of money went right in the garage where it belongs !!!!!
We had a great meal today. The food was fresh and the service was fast. My wife especially enjoyed the shrimp burrito bowl!
We were traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio for the NCAA games. My daughter chose QDOBA. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left the total experience was so good we detoured on our way home to stop AGAIN on Saturday afternoon. Frank and the other employee working that night took time to chat with us, ask questions, were efficient making our food and could not have been nicer. We drove to Columbus thru Indianapolis and home thru Fort Wayne. Again we drove up to see Frank and his team (we called to make sure he was working) so we could stop again. We have a Rugby Tourney in April in Indiana and we already know we will stop in again. Customer service is all you have in the world today and you are lucky to have it in Frank. I run a company in Wisconsin and would be proud to hire Frank as my Customer Service employee. You are lucky to have him.
