Cold Stone Creamery - Valrico

Cold Stone Creamery has managed to reach this rare and easy-to-use thing for a chained food. You go in, and it still feels like a mom and pop icebox. The seasonal ice aromas are phenomenal and I recommend you to try them! (You can have testers of any ice cream taste! I had bad, average and good ice cream in my life and that's up there with some of the best ice places. You pay about $7.50 for the greatest size, but I promise you you you will not feel betrayed from your money. You really get your money here. Friendly staff, delicious ice cream and a cozy place in the sun to eat it. What else could anyone want?

I stopped by Cold Stone Creamery about thirty minutes ago. An employee under the name Caroline took my order. She was very professional, patient and polite. They're employees like Caroline who bring me back to this store. Thanks for the great customer service Caroline! By the way, the ice is the best:

Pauline is great. It moves very fast, has great customer service works well under pressure while it has a line of customers. 10/10 for how pleasant it is.

I ordered through Postmates and never got my food. Postmates wouldn't refund even though I never received my order. The store manager/owner stepped up and put a replacement order on the books as a one time courtesy when she didn't have to. She also told us about being able to order from the cold stone app directly. Izzie did a great job in helping us. Thank you so much for all your help!!!! Your location has made us a customer for life!
