Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe have been coming to sushi factory for over a decade. It honestly took a while to find a sushi restaurant where the customer service was as good as the food. We love Tracy her family. They treat us like family when we come in and the sushi is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. This place is a must ?Kid-friendliness: They are so kind to my kids. Always patient and accommodating.
Lovely place. Quick service if it isn't too busy, and a bit on the slow side if its packed which should be forgiven since it appears they may be understaffed. However this shouldn't be an issue if you're just getting a drink and whatever is on the belt. We're regulars here so I might be a bit bias, but I highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5
The only decent menu item is a $1 cup of tea. Staff ignores you, rolls are sloppily cut and put together. The sashimi was sweating and the vibe is toxic work environment. They have a lot of weird little up charges. Like . 50 cents for orders under $10. $1 charge for unused soy sauce, and a mandatory 15% gratuity for groups of five or more. The food is made with anger and old ingredients.
Very disappointed. I have been to this place many times over the years and I might have to stop, the service is SO bad now that I don't want to come anymore. Had to wave down someone to even get drinks I ordered calamari and never got it and just the overall unfriendly natur of the staff now makes me uncomfortable. I'm sad to have to leave this review because the food is good but the service is just not worth it. This has been an ongoing thing for a while with service getting worse and worse and now I've had enough.
We ordered food to go and this will be the last time I ever eat there, The calamari was stale, and room temperature. The raw salmon smells like spoiled fish… Waste of 40$Food: 1/5
