I have been coming here for years and have never left unhappy...tipsy and full but never unhappy!

Since this place opened many years ago, this was our go to place for dessert (for personal treats or events Such as birthdays or holiday celebrations . Over the last year the experience hasn’t gotten better. I knew the ownership had changed but I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt and wanted to continue supporting the neighborhood shops. The pastries are not as fresh (a tad bit gross actually , the cakes are off (slight aftertaste , the service is consistently bad (rude!! and quite expensive. The shop has always been on the pricier side but the quality matched so the expectation and bar was set. There is no reason to get dessert here anymore… makes me sad. I’ve tried to go back a few times but can no longer justify paying for bad service, expensive and poor quality dessert.
