Absolutely amazing experience! Celebrated my 35th birthday there and booked out the venue. Tasty cocktails. Friendly staff. Great location! Highly recommend !

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Grateful for Lisa, Adam and the entire team at The Liberty Distillery. We hosted a private event here, and from day one to execution, the service and detail was top notch and I have to mention the incredible cocktails, too! We had the best time and I highly recommend you visit and experience the room and all their incredible offerings.

An incredible distillery with delicious drinks and awesome vibes! My friends and I had a Tomcat, a Limoncello Spritz, and a Whiskey Apple and all three were perfect. We also got the soft pretzels which totally hit the spot! For a fancy spot like this, everything felt reasonably priced and if we were locals we would probably become regulars haha! The staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations, and everyone was really kind. Highly recommended!!

Nice upscale distillery on Granville Island. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff are a highlight. Good selection of cocktails, prices are high but standard for premium quality. Excellent location next to lots of other shops and amenities.

Watermelon Fresca could be one of the best drinks I've ever had! Delicious!!!And the bar has a fantastic vibe!
