Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAs soon as we walked in they treated us like we said something bad about they mommas. The food was on point however they charged us for two meals when we only received one.We mentioned it and the waitress laughed at us and said you did get it ...I don 't even eat crab rangoons but I know what they look like and I certainly didn 't see them... Connie, your gaslighting abilities are on point. There 's probably 19 other restaurants that serve the same type of cuisine. I personally recommend any of those over this one. Unless you enjoy paying 40 dollars for chicken fingers and rice.
I’m a frequent customer who has absolutely loved this place for more than a decade, my family and I have always received great food and a reliable order. However my last order of 2 general tso’s, orange chicken, and crab rangoons, we received 3 orange chickens and 2 burnt crab rangoons. When I called to let them know about the mixup they spoke to the cooks and then refused to provide us with any replacement for our incorrect meal, simply stating they assured that the cooks had prepared the correct meals and that we must have been incorrect. Even though the previous orders have been fantastic we found this order to be significantly too sweet in comparison to the spicy that has become accustomed to us from order at this establishment. Beyond that the customer service that we received was enough to send us elsewhere, I have no interest in doing business with an establishment that doesn’t appreciate not only long time but frequent customers and their potential order disputes.
My daughter and I went a couple months ago and I just figured out how to leave a review. My first bite into my shrimp tempura was frozen literally!! I called the waiter over and he told me that one shrimp fell off the plate into another dish. He said they couldn’t save it because there was sauce on the other dish that they couldn’t get off the shrimp, so they threw another frozen shrimp in the fryer for a second to heat it up. Apparently it was not long enough. He then proceeded to take the frozen shrimp, that I had bit into, back to the kitchen to reheat it. Yuck, just yuck!!! Such unprofessional and unsanitary practices.
Great menu, great service. Right in line as far as pricing goes for other restaurants like this one. Parking can be difficult, but we'll worth the trip.
Wife's order was fine. I tried Genl. Tso's chicken, and it was this chewy, sticky ball of over-battered chicken with no heat or spare pepper pods. There is such a thing as proper Genl. Tso's. I took this as an insult. If you can't respect the customer, please drop this offer on the menu. It was 1970s pupu platter stuff.
