McDonald's - Varennes

The staff consistently mess up orders. When I spoke to the manager about it, he said we should just deal with it. I don't want to waste my time here.

This McDonald's location offers quicker delivery service than the one in Boucherville. Even when they include drinks in the order, the delivery tends to be slightly slow.

Today, it took 13 minutes to get a coffee at this McDonald's, just like every morning. The staff, especially the man working this morning, were awful. The drive-thru was also slow and unhelpful. We have complained to the manager, but they were unresponsive.

Chaque fois j'y suis aller le service etait mauvais et la lenteur du service etait imbattable. Le comble, Je commande un œuf mcmuffin a 14h00 pas de viande juste peur fromage ; premièrement il est deux fois le prix du tim et ca pris près de 20 Minutes à l'obtenir. J'arrive enfin à la commande et on me mentionne d'avancer que quelqu'un va venir me le porter. Je suis resté près de 30 Minutes à attendre mon sandwich alors qu'il n'y semblait pa avoir affluence... cela n'est qu une des fois !

Propreté du restaurant médiocre. Plancher collant, frites écrasées au sol. Comptoir liqueur sale. Service à l'auto interminable. Très mauvaise gestion.
