Charlie's Brewhouse - Velddrif

Been three times, twice this week (october) and never disappointed. Service is good and food comes quickly and is really good. They have special days, like burgers with a beer or milkshake for R135 on a Thursday and pensioners get a discount on a Tuesday. Milkshakes are lovely... definitely a must try in Veldrif. Pulled Pork burger was a big winner.

Food and service was great! My only minor issue is it's loud inside. The bar where they prepare drinks is right there, so the blender keeps blaring, and a loud table was next to us (not their fault). But yes, awesome pizza, decent milkshake, will dine here again :D

Brunch was absolutely fantastic. Nice views of the yachts. Funky restaurant.

This is the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I eat a lot of pizza and it beats anything made and sold in Cape Town. The milkshake is ALSO the best I've ever had. And their chips are absolutely perfect. I also have to point out that they provide sealed moist hand wipes, not just paper napkins. This just finishes off the meal perfectly. Only place I've had hand wipes after a meal is on an airplane! The waitrons are also great. Not over attentive, but on hand to assist when needed.

Great service. Delicious and well prepared food. Homemade ice cream selection that changes often and that's really good. The fish and chips is a must try as well as the mushroom pasta and also the mussels. Great value for money.
