Excellent raw materials, cooked with skill. 4-course house starter, ham with Cresamo made by them, excellent burrata with roasted tomato, fantastic roast veal seasoned with flakes of parmesan, cashews and summer truffle, super fried courgettes, carrots, courgette flowers stuffed with anchovies and the legendary handmade from their Ascoli olives. As a first course we took the ceppe, a type of local pasta handmade by a 90 year old lady, with porcini mushrooms and bacon, truly special. Then wonderful lamb chops with a side of chicory. The rooms are modern with parquet. Large bathroom, everything clean. Excellent breakfast, with sweet, savory, juices and fruit.. The only problem is that the rooms are above the room that hosts the ceremonies. In the event of an event with music it is difficult to sleep before midnight.
