Let's just say I would not return a second time. My fritto misto was average, small portion and not very tasty. My boyfriend had meat in a wine sauce which was very acid for some reason but somehow tasty. The place is plain ugly, full of spider webs and old everything. The service, if you speak italian, as was our case, is decent. Otherwise you rather want to run away. It gave us really mixed feelings. It had been more than 20 years since I had come to Italy, and that was when I was half Italian. In Ventimiglia, on the French border, I stopped by chance at the Pergola. Two old people run it, and I was excited to discover a lasagna like the one my grandmother made Impressive. And the tiramisu, yes. Words. The owners are much more than friendly, familiar.
