I visited this place and every time I get blown away from the customer service I get! They always smile. There is never a line, and food always comes fast. And I always get an exact order. Go on! You? ve has a loyal customer in me. I'm going to town.

After waiting for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru went inside and asked if they had forgotten about us. They gave our order to someone else. The manager was apologistic and quickly older together

Moldy Muffins in the display case, the staff is unclear and does not communicate.

One of the best McDonald's in the Birmingham area. Always clean and excellent customer service. Not all McDonalds are equal and this goes beyond and beyond. Go on!

The best customer service! So kind and willing to help and make the customer happy the first time! The overnight drive through guy is awesome and so friendly! I really appreciate him going the extra mile to make people happy! Give this man a raise! 100% Recommend this location!
