La Pyramide Hôtel (isère) - Vienne

We stayed at la pyramide for 2 nights and had 2 dinners there. First night at the bistro and 2nd night at the restaurant. Both meals were delicious! The bistro: loved the lighter menu with many vegetarian options. The asparagus dish was very refreshing. They do have a mosquito issue, Though. I got bit 3 times within the first 20 minute. The restaurant: lovely food and service and great wine list!! Particularly wanted to mention the asparagus course, mushroom and the tomato dessert. They were very special and creative. Service was fantastic; friendly, attentive but not overbearing. We sat and drank for way too long and they were great sport about it. Would highly recommend the hotel restaurant. Vienne as a city is a bit boring but worth visiting for a night just for la pyramids!

I have enjoyed staying at La Pyramide for at least 15 years and have returned because of the peace and quiet and excellence of the accomodation ,first class cuisine and really good personal service.
