Please come east!!!! I am from Bay Shore and usually a lot of work in Great Neck as well as the rest of the island East to West. There's no day I can't order a sandwich. I'll be the first to tell you this is a great place. Mother daughter combo I always see running and do their best to make sure everyone care. I could effortlessly understand how some of the people around the big neck could be frustrated with the language barrier, but honestly, if you only took one seckond to be patient, you would see that the barrier is not very important. You have my sandwich every time. But as once again trying to explain something like this, living here, is impossible, as they are a very insecure group of people who are constantly hoping horns over nothing and are always in a hurry to go nowhere. You know where the bad reviews come from. Not average Joe is like I'm looking for a sandwich. By authorized persons who would leave an evil comment because you add a drop of milk too much in the coffee. Thank you for feeding me and my whole crew every day. You're great.

The only place in great neck for good bubble tea! Good smoothies as well. The staff is very friendly. They do serve food but it isn't they're strong suit.

An excellent place to go for a good cup of bubble tea. Very friendly staff who makes awesome food. Recommend the sesame chicken wrap.

Absolutely fantastic! The restaurant has recently come under new management, but they still serve the same excellent drinks. I highly recommend trying the bubbly double espresso coffee smoothie—it's a unique treat!

Some people who complain about the service may be exhibiting biases, as they might not relate to the staff's appearance. However, I found the service to be excellent and the staff very friendly. As a regular visitor, I often observed that returning customers were greeted warmly and their orders were known ahead of time. The team truly cares for their patrons! The food was good, with room for improvement. I'll definitely be coming back!
