Rich Sardinian menu very balanced in quantity and flavors. Exceptional maialetto as the appetizers and the first ones preceding it and fruit and desserts that follow it. Price more than suitable for experience. Absolutely to try.
Here you can see the passion! Me and my boyfriend stayed last night in this farm, the place is simple surrounded by greenery. On the table to welcome us there was already an appetizer with their products, the taste of vegetables and especially cheeses was incredible. They brought us 2 first facts from them and then we went to the strong dish THE MAIALETTO a fairy tale! The crispness of the cotenna the true taste of the pig a show!!! To finish homemade treats delicious, myrtle and coffee. For a total expenditure of 80 € bhe what to say is worth going
I and my partner have supper twice in vacation in this farm,10 appetizers,two first,the pig,fruit,wealth,wine,all excellent,the pig melts in the mouth,the excellent amateurs especially the ricotta with lemon acid cheese with honey,wine as much as you want and when you finished brings you 4 bottles of liqueur,cm all excellent,high quality
Brilliant food even for the vegetarians. Good just kept flowing. Thank you for a lovely meal and a great evening. Couldn't have asked for more
We went there for the famous sardinian pork and that was great, delicious.. I couldn't ask for more. Inadvertently I ate also the myrtle leaves supposed to be just decoration that gave the real kick. Fantastic. Hosts are nice and welcoming you in their traditions explaining each and every dishes, from starters until the end. Liquors also very interesting. Juicy eggplants and zucchini. What I would not recommend is to get too much with the first (pasta) dishes and save yourself for the rest. They are good, but nothing unforgettable, like the pork. Also wine might not be one of the best. Better save your night drink for the home made liquors at the end.
