Jue's Chinese Lounge - Virginia

I called them at 7:35 and they said they don't take orders after 7:30. Why did they answer the phone then?

We got a take out order and the chicken breading was very very soggy we couldn’t even eat it. The food tasted like fast food we were very disappointed and we paid $50 so won’t be going back to this place.

No sit down service no delivery. Very inconvenient to stand at a counter and order food while others are waiting in a very small lobby.

Been going here for over 25 years, love it and am so glad dine-in is back (currently lunch only). We've never had a bad server or bad food and we love the dark red and black atmosphere. Food hasn't changed at all which is a great thing. In a day and age where people don't seem to want to work, we are thankful for those who keep Jue's running.

I'm planning on driving through and was looking for a restaurant to stop in for lunch. After reading the reviews, I conclude the food and service at Jue's are great and reasonably priced. Perhaps even more impressive are the responses to the reviews by the owner. A totally class act, genuine and candid. Bravo!
