The multi-topping large pizza and parmesan bread bites I ordered were hot and delicious, and ready on time for me to pick up. I also opted for the marinara and garlic butter dipping sauces; though not necessary, they added delicious layers of flavor to the bread bites. Bonus was that Mom and I had enough left over for lunch for the 2 of us the next day. We reheated them in her air fryer, and they turned out so much better than my usual microwave reheats.My only complaint is with Domino's online ordering site. I wanted to type in special instructions for the pizza, but the website doesn’t offer that option. Since that's corporate's fault, I'm not dinging this restaurant's review.
They make some of the best flat crust pizza this side of the Mississippi. I swear on my momma that if you try the Flat crust with BBQ sauce/chicken/bacon/pineapple, you will fall in love and order it over and over. Thank you for always being great dominos!
Absolutely hate writing things like this but I have no option. I am a frequent flyer with Dominos. I made the mistake of ordering on a busy night. Understanding I ordered delivery on a busy night, after an hour an 30 minutes, I decided to go in and check. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the manager was on the phone. I was alone. Another worker came to the counter, never acknowledged me and answered the phone. She proceeded to walk back without acknowledging me. As a different patron came in, the same worker walked up and immediately asked how she could help him. This would not have been an issue had the employee not walked up, looked at me and ignored me and then proceeded to help the other patron. No hello, no how can I help you, no acknowledgement other than staring. Once I raised my concern about it, she claims she did not know and proceeded to tell me my food wasn’t in the oven yet. She then had an attitude as I asked for the Manager. The Manager who was standing at the front on the phone instead of acknowledging my concern, defended the employee and said they were busy.Fast food is busy, I understand. Fast food can be challenging, I understand. Simply providing simple customer service, is easy. I happen to be an African American man and the person that the worker acknowledged, was not. Not saying that was the issue but certainly the perception. The disregard for not acknowledging me was so bad that the OTHER patron apologized. Absolutely uncalled for Dominos. I won’t be returning to this Dominos and I do not encourage others to do so either, especially if you are part of a minority community.
They must be under new management or something. The last two times I have ordered from them for delivery, it has taken more than an hour and a half, even though the website says approximately 30 min for delivery. As you can track the pizza this last time it was out of the oven and sitting at the store for over 40 minutes and surprise surprise it was barely warm when it arrived.
Clayton and Naomi are the best gave me quick and amazing service they need a raise they are killing it keep it up you guys, YOU ROCK!!! POEPLE LIKE YOU KEEP IT GOING! ^ ^
