Domoishi Redmaill - Virginia Beach

We ordered poke bowls for takeout, and both were amazing! The ingredients were fresh, bursting with flavor, and the portions were quite generous. There was an impressive selection of options, enabling us to create two distinctly different meals even though we selected the same base. Our order was ready in just 10 minutes, and it was packaged in an eco-friendly way. They even included a lovely reusable bag for us to carry our food home. We will definitely return!

Pricing is straightforward, with a base price for the tea and an extra charge for each topping. The cups are tall and provide a generous amount for the price, and I appreciated that they didn’t overload the drink with ice. As someone who loves sweets, I found the level of sweetness to be just right. While I can’t comment on the food at this location, I’ve tried dishes from another Domoishi and really enjoyed the Korean-style chicken wings, though I would skip the ramen. I’m still eager to try their poke options someday. Overall, this is a great place for boba tea, and the customer service was friendly. I did find it a bit confusing to see signs for Molly Ramen inside, and my cup had their branding too. I did a double take since I thought I had entered a Domoishi location. It looks like one brand may have acquired the other, but it’s not a big deal—just an observation. Stay safe, everyone!

My family and I had a wonderful time trying different dishes such as a chicken appetizer, sushi, poke bowls, and ramen, and everything was fresh and tasty! The service was fantastic too. We can't wait to visit again.

My order arrived exactly on time, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary boba tea. I decided to try the gyoza and a few basic sushi rolls. While the pork gyoza was decent, it could have used more filling. Unfortunately, the spicy shrimp roll didn’t taste very fresh, and I was let down by the absence of wasabi. Overall, it was a fairly average experience.

I absolutely loved this place during my first three visits. However, on every subsequent visit, they were out of both brown and white rice. It's quite frustrating to try to order bowls without rice! Each time, we were informed we'd have to wait 20 minutes for them to make rice, and the staff was somewhat rude about it. This happened multiple times, and I just don't understand it. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.
