Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónStaff was friendly, helpful knowledgeable about the menu. They were the closest location that had the chicken liver and rice on Saturday that my mom likes. Portion for regular order was large. More than she could eat in one sitting. They don't accept my tax exempt so if it wasn't for my mom loving their food I would not patronize their establishment.
So, when this location opened up a few years ago, me and the family gave it a try. It was, WAS, horrible. Apparently they changed as we just went there today and found it to be much, much, much better!! I would gladly recommend this location now. The chicken is very good and so are the gizzards. We kept the order small today but I plan on returning as they have many other items we'd like to try. (Pretty large menu and plenty of desserts to choose from as well. Thanks for stepping up your game at this location!!
Cook the food fresh, as expected from Pollard's. Cashier may have been a little stressed, but she wasn't rude or surly to any of the customers. I had the fried gizzards. They are always delicious!! I haven't had gizzards this good since Church's chicken used to sell them!!
Waited almost 15 minutes past time for a take out order placed hours in advance. Cashier didn't say a word either just took my money and left me to ponder the whereabouts of my chicken. Meal itself was pretty awesome though, they make some great fried chicken.
