Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy most recent experience with this Wendy's location was very pleasant, I saw the promotion for the 1$ Dave single through the app and decided to give it a try. The app is very simple and easy to use, the sandwich itself was appropriately priced, I would never order it off the menu alone for 6$ to me that's very high. The beef was cooked perfectly, not a fall apart mess like they usually are, the tomato was fresh, so was the lettuce. The restaurant was also clean.
I normally never have a problem with this place but now I do. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger and instead they gave me a completely different burger. Super disappointed considering I was craving the bourbon burger.
Every time I order from here my order wrong. I order chili cheese fries and got fries with a pinch of cheese and bacon no chili.. I also order a pineapple mango Lemonade and got a sprite it’s inconvenient to me because I don’t think sodas.
Literally every time I get food from here they forget a whole meal out of the order. The first time this happened they offered to replace it for free (which I appreciate) but this has happened 3 times and at this point there is no point eating here.
GO TO KUNIA WENDYS!!!!!!!! You’ll thank me!I normally have a ok experience at this Wendy’s. Sure every now and then little things will be wrong and that has never bothered me. I also normally go only at nights after an hour drive home from work. I think the people are older during those hours.Today however I am extremely disappointed. They possibly hired new people, but they don’t listen. I asked for the normal 4 for $6 with strawberry lemonade no ice. They stopped listening I guess when I said lemonade because they immediately said they were out of the cups and could put it in a medium cup or upgrade. I said to go ahead and upgrade. Then I asked for spicy nuggets. I can understand how “let’s do the six piece” sound like “let’s have 2 six pieces.”I hate confrontation so I didn’t correct them. Did not get good vibes from the crew. I asked him to repeat my order at the window and immediately got some looks. That’s not the bad part.I started driving off and opened my burger. MOLD was already starting to grow on the bun. My drink had ice, my sauce was missing. So I went back. Told the manager who just threw the burger. They “remade” it. I should have checked because I went home with a kids hamburger. So I paid more to have my entire order wrong.
