Starbucks - Waianae

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from my home. What was even better was that it wasn't crowded, which made for a quick visit. The staff were outstanding; they even took the time to teach me how to use my Starbucks card through the app on my phone. I appreciated the demonstration; it was nice to learn something new without feeling embarrassed to ask. Overall, a great experience!

The Starbucks at Waianae Mall is no longer the only option in the area. There's a new addition—it's a drive-thru and a walk-up cafe. I've never just gone to Starbucks before; this location doesn't have any indoor seating or a bathroom. However, the outdoor area is lovely, featuring some seating under a roof, which I hope will eventually have plants to enhance the atmosphere. My experience was fantastic. It's Starbucks, after all, and I love their coffee. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly friendly, and my drink was delicious. Plus, this Starbucks likely boasts one of the best views of any Starbucks in the world!

The service was excellent, and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the restaurant is NOT a drive-thru as advertised. The review from two years ago pertains to a different Starbucks, as this location definitely does not have a drive-thru.

Precise beverage orders always on time when I preorder. Bummed are closed now, but will return when they open again. Living together on my way out of town is the key.

Order is always on-point but the drive thru sucks if there are TB customers exiting.
