I asked for coke to drink, she gave me Pepsi instead… It was watered down with ice..and gross. The food was cold. It took so long to get that, I was almost afraid to ask for hot food as I didn't know what they might do to it. Also I don't think it would be possible for cashier to be any less friendly. Save yourself a waste of time and money… Buy a can of tuna and a piece of bread.. it'll probably taste bett … – show

Considering the pricing for this “fast food”, it is really a great deal. Love the new restaurant floor plan layout. Some items on menu are NOT “fast food” and I think Captain D's would achieve greater customer experiences and satisfaction if they would make effort to inform their customers of this. Some items cooked to order and slows down drive-through service. Well, Captain D's is NOT a fast food restaurant.
Food cooked just right,the atmosphere peaceful and every thing neat and clean.lady on cash register super nice had very neat and friendly workers.
They dont have what the menu states. VERY POOR MANGAMENT! I DO NOT RECOMEND.
