Al Gusto Deli - Wandsworth

This is a review for the Fulham branch of Al Gusto. So glad to have a great new restaurant open in our area. Great food well-cooked, friendly clued-up waiting staff, lovely neutral styling and pleasant atmosphere. If all these stay the same, we will definitely be making it our go-to. Reasonable prices, too. Recommend!!

The food was yummy, however two of the staff in clouding the manager were absolutely awful. Such bad manners and service. Some of the menu didn’t match to what was served and when we picked up on it and asked we were just told “sorry that’s what you ordered” and walked away on. Wouldn’t be returning due to this definitely wouldn’t recommend to others unfortunately.

Terrible lunch, very disappointing. Service was slow and unfriendly food arrived with burnt tomatoes. Different waitresses each time so didn’t feel comfortable to raise concerns. Spoke to the manager at the end who had a awful attitude. No apology. Would not recommend this or anyone.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The coffee, mince pies, and pastries were all delicious. The service was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff. These were the first mince pies of the season and definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend paying a visit to this establishment.
