Ordering here in the store is no good.... You use touch screens instead of talking to an actual human to take your order at the counter and POS system.... if you use the app, you can get discounts and upload it to the touch screen, but pay higher prices with no app.When it's busy, it takes a long time to get your food. There is a language barrier with the employees the majority of the time I have been there and other customers have also noticed. No clue why you cannot walk in and place your order with a person anymore.....

Worst McDonald's ever. Horrible service. They pull you I to a mobile ordering station(which has tons of ads on how to use their mobile order and pay) to wait for your drive thru order. Only ordered two McDoubles and waited for 20 mins!

They were very short staff and understand that waiting, but I was the only one in order. they took care of the journey through and ignored my order for 20 minutes
