We usually order from a local takeaway, but it was closed on this particular night so we decided to order from Domino's instead. Taking advantage of the 2 large pizzas deal on a Tuesday, we paid £20 for 2 large pizzas and still felt like we were overcharged. The value for money was absolutely the worst we have ever experienced. I ordered the tuna, onion, and sweetcorn pizza with extra onion (although it was debatable whether I actually received extra toppings). My partner ordered the chicken pizza, which had an unusually small amount of toppings. We were extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from Domino's again. We will stick to Rominos on Manchester road, as it is much cheaper, tastier, and has more generous fillings. I have included a photo of my pizza, which I personally find embarrassing to give away, let alone charge £10 (or £20 without the offer). I cannot give Domino's anything higher than a 1 out of 5 rating, and if I could give less than that, I would.
This charming restaurant has friendly staff and serves piping hot food. I highly recommend it.
We ordered our pizza at 7:45 and it arrived within the 20 minutes that they promised. The young man who delivered it was very pleasant and cheerful. Please thank him for us as we appreciated the excellent service, fast delivery, and the hot, fresh pizzas we received. We ordered one hot and spicy pizza and one Hawaiian pizza, both medium size. The value for money was fantastic and the taste was great. Even though I am the one who usually enjoys pizza, my husband also commented on how nice and tasty they were. Keep up the good work, you are a great branch.
The only reason this place gets a 2 is because I had a garlic bread (side) and it was absolutely delicious... Imagine if you had that on the menu but as a full size pizza! The main reason for 2 stars was for the pizza. I ordered a BBQ pepperoni pizza and oh boy! What I got was a cremated pizza with cremated dry pepperoni slices and just a little tiny bit of actual pizza sauce. It's usually a give or take with domino's as it depends where it is from but I've ordered from this specific place 3 times in total and all times were bad but this is the worst! £18.99! What a rip-off!
