Tortilla Pizza - Warwick

Ordered my food for delivery and it came very fast which I was surprised about. When we checked our order there's was food missing so rang them and they did send out the missing food. We sat down to eat the rest while we waited for the missing Items and the food was cold and dry and just not nice at all. I rang them back to tell them and I got shouted at and the phone hung up on me. Fantastic customer service NOT. Don't order from here I have also found out they only have a 2 star food hygiene rating

I placed an order via the Just Eat app which said it would be delivered around an hour later. We waited an hour and a half until eventually the app was telling me the food had been delivered. It had not! I tried calling the restaurant but they weren't answering, with the phone just ringing out so I had little choice but to report it to Just Eat and request a refund and was told it would be investigated. In the morning I had a response from Just Eat telling me they had spoken to the restaurant who had confirmed the order was delivered, so they can't issue a refund!! This was absolute bull. They either delivered it to the wrong house or they were blatantly lying. Either way it doesn't solve the fact we had paid nearly £20 for food we never received. My partner called the restaurant later on that evening and managed to speak to someone who arranged the have the food delivered to us later that evening. The food arrived hot and was tasty, it was just a shame it was nearly 24 hours too late! Was expecting them to at least throw in a little something extra as an apology, but no, that clearly didn't cross their minds. From this experience I cannot recommend this place and will not be ordering from them again.

I decided to write a positive review after seeing some negative comments on other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. My family and I were very satisfied with our order from this restaurant through Just Eat. We ordered two pizzas, chicken, a massive Mexican beef wrap, wedges, and nachos with various sauces, all of which were delicious. The delivery was quicker than expected and the total cost for the four of us was around £27, which we found to be good value. This was our second delivery order to Southam from Leamington, and we will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again in the future. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely disgusting place, food is absolutely vile, the food arrived freezing cold, soggy and tasted like rubber, customer service is disgusting, there rude. The manager is so rude the way he speaks to his customers, Do not give any money to this company, it will definitely be a waste of money. Do not recommend to anyone.
