I visited Jersey Mike's on Saturday (02/05) just before 12:30 and found it to be a busy time in the store. Despite expecting a longer wait time, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my order. I placed my order in person, not online. The supervisor on duty was doing an excellent job of leading the staff and ensuring everything ran smoothly. He was efficient, quick, and had a great attitude. He even caught a mistake in my order and fixed it before handing it to me. With burnout being a concern during the pandemic, it was refreshing to see such great customer service. I give this location a five-star review and want to give a shout out to all the employees working that day. I hope your boss gives you all a raise!

This was my first time visiting this sandwich shop. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. However, when we tried to add extra ingredients to our hot subs, they simply closed them up without asking. I also noticed that they do not wipe down the cutting board, they only scrape it.
