My fish and Chips not so good and the dinning in the bar area needs some attention. spider webs on the selling and dirt and more spider webs on thewindow were I was sitting. not a very pleasant visit.
They need more workers to make this place make sense. Both times I have frequented this location it has been relatively empty of patrons and had seating wait time and slow service overall. They do have nice waitstaff and it is relatively clean and youwill get your food. It just feels like they are almost trying to keep you there, which can be frustrating. The floor iscleaned with something oddly slippery making it difficult for your shoes to grip throughout. (And no, it wasn't just my shoes...which happened to be trail running sneakers with excellent grip) I like red robin for the customization options and the factyou can actually easily get a lettuce wrap or gluten free bun for your burger. There is a $3 upcharge for the gf bun at thislocation.
Recent visit was crazy. Restaurant waS almost empty, but it took forever for food to come, fries were tiny crumbs and soggy. Kiosk to self-pay the check was not working correctly. Waitress was great and very apologetic, but this was not our bestexperience at RR.
We went to red Robin for a family night out to help raise money for our local school. We went in and told the the person seating us that we had a large group and she did not know how to accommodate the number of people we had, which was just two familieswith two kids each. Eventually they pushed some tables together and we sat down to order. To cut short our waitress heather wasvery nice, but we found out she was 1 of only 2 servers on that night, and they had a bunch of family's from our school. Wewaited over an hour for our food. And a whole nether hour for desert. The cooks and wait staff did their best to work with whatthey had, but I think management missed this one by under staffing a day where they were expecting family's. This also isn't thefirst time Red Robin has just given my a wrong take out order, or a cold meal I waited to long for.
Glorified expensive burgers. If the burger was good I would recommend. But the burger wasn't what I ordered and I don't think that was bacon at all. I have been to another Red Robin and was looking forward to having another one. Quality just wasn'tthere, far from gourmet. Waitress was kind but never came back to check on us. Some else served the food. But no one asked ifit was good, or if we'd like anything else. $20 for a so so burger. Probably won't return to this location again.
